KREVIAX may process:

• account details, such as name, verified email address, authentication identifiers, and session information;
• workspace, client, project, membership, role, approval, and activity information;
• content, media, brand assets, captions, schedules, comments, and other materials you provide;
• connected-platform account identifiers, profile information, access tokens, refresh tokens where provided, granted scopes, publishing permissions, content metadata, analytics, messages, comments, insights, and other user-authorized data required to provide requested features; and
• technical and usage information such as browser, device, request, error, security, and feature-interaction data.

At your direction, KREVIAX may connect with TikTok, Meta services such as Facebook and Instagram, YouTube or other Google services, X, and additional supported platforms. KREVIAX receives only the information and permissions made available through the authorization you approve and the relevant platform APIs.

KREVIAX uses this data to discover authorized accounts, display account information, publish or schedule content, manage supported engagement features, retrieve analytics, maintain connections, and perform other actions you request. Each third-party platform processes information under its own privacy policy and terms.

We process information to:

• provide, operate, personalize, and improve KREVIAX;
• authenticate users and enforce workspace roles and permissions;
• create, store, approve, publish, and measure requested content;
• maintain integrations and refresh authorized access;
• prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents;
• diagnose errors and maintain service reliability; and
• comply with applicable law and enforce service terms.

Information may be shared with connected platforms when you direct KREVIAX to use their services; with hosting, authentication, storage, database, analytics, and other vendors that help operate KREVIAX; with members of your authorized workspace; or when required to protect rights, safety, the service, or comply with law. We do not sell your social-platform access tokens.

KREVIAX uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Social-platform tokens and credentials are stored securely and encrypted where applicable, and sensitive secrets are intended to remain server-side. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose.

Authorized users may disconnect supported integrations through KREVIAX or the connected platform. Disconnecting stops future access through that connection and removes stored connection credentials where the service supports removal. Some records may remain when needed for security, audit history, completed publishing activity, or legal obligations.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. Account information and integrations can be managed through available product controls. Workspace members may also contact their workspace owner or administrator regarding access or deletion requests.

KREVIAX is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service, connected platforms, or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected by the updated date above and, when appropriate, an additional notice.
