Terms of Service

By accessing or using KREVIAX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use KREVIAX for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Access to workspaces, clients, projects, approvals, and publishing tools depends on the role assigned by the relevant workspace owner or administrator. Do not share access or attempt to enter a workspace without permission.

KREVIAX provides tools for creating, organizing, approving, scheduling, publishing, and measuring content. Some features connect to third-party platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and X. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, permissions, availability, and review requirements.

KREVIAX cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, publish, retain, or display content, or that its APIs will remain available. You are responsible for maintaining authorized accounts and complying with each connected platform's rules.

You retain ownership of content you submit to KREVIAX. You grant KREVIAX a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and carry out your instructions.

You must have the rights and permissions necessary for all content, media, trademarks, account data, and personal information you use. You remain responsible for review and approval before publishing.

You may not use KREVIAX to:

• violate law, intellectual-property rights, or privacy rights;
• publish deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or malicious material;
• access accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
• introduce malware or interfere with service operation;
• bypass security, rate limits, platform permissions, or approval controls; or
• resell or misuse the service except as expressly authorized.

KREVIAX may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or platform compatibility. Features may be unavailable during maintenance or because of third-party outages. We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change; the updated date will appear above.

Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, connected platforms, KREVIAX, or others; to investigate misuse; or to comply with law. Workspace administrators may also remove members or connected accounts. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

KREVIAX is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, publishing results, audience reach, engagement, or business outcomes.

To the extent allowed by law, KREVIAX and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
